KÜCHELBERG APARTMENTS

A balance between history and modernity

2024
living

Nestled among the majestic mountains of the Texelgruppe, the new apartments overlooking the old town of Merano blend masterfully with the historic charm of the Tappeiner promenade and the modernity of contemporary living. Located close to the promenade, the three new apartments offer stunning views of the river Passer, surrounded by vineyards and with an admiring gaze towards the Powder Tower.

At its heart is a fourth-floor apartment that has been carefully renovated with attention to detail, promising a refuge of serenity and style. The entire roof of the building has been completely demolished and rebuilt to accomodate two new apartment units, each designed to capture and celebrate the beauty of the surrounding landscape.

The apartments, designed to meet every need, offer generous and bright spaces: a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, designed for unparalleled comfort. A new open staircase connects the third fourth floor to the attic, creating a fluid harmony between the rooms and various apartment units.
But the true magic lies in the panoramic terraces, real oases of peace overlooking a breathtaking landscape. Here, each apartment will be equipped with a small private sauna: a touch of luxury and wellness immersed in nature.

With a sheet metal roof and large windows that embrace the landscape, this project embodies the very essence of Merano: a harmonious blend of architecture and nature, history and modernity.
